I offer my clientele as an Advisor ,in the Shenandoah Valley-Blue Ridge Region, a diversified array of investment property services. With 28 years of sales expertise I bring a reputation of impeccable honesty,hard work and a history of client satisfaction. I manage industrial, hospitality, multifamily, auctions, land, build-to-suit, self storage, and 1031 exchanges commercial transactions.
Prior to founding Bill Young Commercial Real Estate Advisors I worked for Sperry Van Ness and Century21 specializing in Real Estate transactions. I am the former president and director of Bill Young & Associates Inc. a leader in the permanent/retainer executive search placement field. My expertise included management of long range planning,management consulting,programming,marketing,sales and recruiting for major corporations such as Xerox,Infodata Systems and Itek.
I am presently a candidate for the highly sought after Certified Commercial Investment Member Istitute certification. I am a member of Rotary International a philantropic organization of business leaders and professional leaders who encourage high ethical standards that strive to adhere to the motto "Service above Self" and the Rotary 4 way test in all endeavors while serving our local communities.
